Would definitely recommend for a brief retreat

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with quick assistance when we needed a different accommodation due to a moldy smell in the assigned one, and the added benefit of a delicious breakfast that set us up for a day of exploring, all in a conveniently located hotel just 51 km from the nearest airport.

During my three-night stay, I absolutely loved being just a few steps from the Natural Pools and the bustling Porto De Galinhas Center, making my city strolls and explorations so convenient. the friendly hotel staff were also wonderful in providing an extra sheet when I found the bed linen a bit worn.

The hotel quickly provided a different room after I reported a moldy smell, which alleviated my concerns. The stay was overall pleasant with friendly staff and good breakfast options.

The pool area was simply delightful, with easy access and splendid views. The staff always offered assistance, ensuring that everything was perfect for my comfort. I felt pampered while enjoying the lovely ambiance around the hotel.

I had an amazing time at Baia Branca Porto De Galinhas. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and I loved watching the beautiful sunset views from the bar. Being just a short walk from the beach made our stay even more enjoyable, and the friendly staff even provided towels for the beach after we checked out, which was a thoughtful gesture!

I didn’t find any significant issues during my stay.

The lack of a smart TV in the room is disappointing!!! The bathroom is cramped, and the shower design leaves water splashing everywhere!!! Threadbare bed linens are not acceptable!!! An upgrade option would have been appreciated!!!

I loved lounging by the pool area and enjoyed the sunset views from the bar on the fourth floor. The location is a huge plus, just steps from the beach. We even got towels for the beach after checking out, which was a nice touch!

Quick room switch after mold smell was great, but the bar service was slow.

I appreciated how quickly they found another room after I pointed out the mold smell in the initial one. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were a great way to relax. The bathroom space was a bit tight, but it didn’t overshadow my stay. 😊

It was just a well-suited match for a fleeting pause in Porto de Galinhas with good price value. The staff were marvelous in providing an extra sheet when our bed linen was worn out. Consider asking for additional amenities during your stay.

We spent three wonderful nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The staff impressed us with their generosity, providing extra sheets when we found the linen a bit worn. Morning breakfasts at the on-site restaurant were delightful, featuring fresh local fruits and delicious pastries. For couples, this place is a treasure!
